I planted zucchini this year, so will need a few new recipes, and came upon a delightful blog, titled “Thyme For Cooking, the Blog.” Not only are there zucchini recipes, but recipes of all sorts, along with some great photos and stories of house hunting and other funny things going on in the life an American Expat. Thanks for the kind words…. I’m so jealous of your zucchini. I didn’t get to plant a garden this year and I’m lost without it. I can’t believe I actually have to pay money for zucchini and cherry tomatoes… the stuff of compost in other years!

Just picked my first green tomato of the season this weekend – They are turning red on the table as I type this – I think it’s time for my fried green tomatoes today.
