I love coffee – hot or cold, it makes no difference. I probably drink more coffee than anything else, and I’m bragging lol Folger’s, or Gevalia’s Kenyan coffee really hits the spot, and while checking out some new sites, I happened upon something called the Toddy Coffee Maker.  This little gadget is $37.50 USD – not a bad price, but after checking out the site, I figured I could make due and create my own version of concentrated, cold-brew coffee, where all I needed to add was hot water – a breeze since I have a new water system installed that gives me hot water at the touch of a button – The cool thing is that you can keep this concentrated brew of coffee in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, and it makes up to 6 cups of concentrated coffee – and that, my friends, is a heck of a lot of coffee! I’ll post my version of the “Toddy” here as I put my “system” together – can’t wait for that first cup.
